Nutritional therapy

Personal nutrition that fits your life

Understanding your diet, lifestyle and goals — then using food and lifestyle strategies to support your wellbeing.

What is nutritional therapy?

Nutritional therapy looks at the whole person rather than a single symptom. It considers what you eat, how you live, your health history and what you’d like to achieve, and uses that picture to shape personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

It’s a collaborative process. My role is to explain what the evidence suggests, suggest changes that are realistic for you, and help you turn them into meals you’ll enjoy cooking.

How I work

The consultation process

  1. Step 1 of 6

    Initial consultation

A relaxed first conversation about why you’ve come and what you’d like to change.

  2. Step 2 of 6

    Health & nutrition history

A questionnaire and food diary before we meet, covering health background, medication and typical meals.

  3. Step 3 of 6

    System review

We’ll explore each of your body’s key systems in depth, identifying areas you’d like to support and improve.

  4. Step 4 of 6

    Nutritional assessment

I look at your diet as a whole — patterns, gaps and where small changes may make the biggest difference.

  5. Step 5 of 6

    Personalised recommendations

A written plan with food changes, meal ideas and recipes — realistic for your kitchen and your schedule.

  6. Step 6 of 6

    Follow-up & ongoing support

We review what’s working, adjust the plan and build on it at a pace that suits you.

Consultation + cooking class at home

Advice is easier to follow once you’ve cooked it. This package pairs a full consultation with a private two-hour cooking class in your own kitchen.

First we meet for your consultation and build your plan. Then I come to your home and we put it into practice together: planning your meals for the week, writing the shopping list, and cooking dishes from your plan with the equipment you already own.

Consultation + class

The Home Kitchen Package

  • Initial consultation (75 min) with a personalised written plan and recipes
  • Private cooking class in your home (2 hours)
  • How to plan a week of meals around your plan and your schedule
